In a level setting what would be the height from bottom to top sound head mount of an RCA/Brenkert 4 point pedestal. Or put another way where the soundhead would bolt on to the pedesatal what would the height be from the to the bottom of the pedestal?
Thanks!

That might be in the Brenket manual, I know it is in the Century JJ manual for sure. Both should ahve the same optical height.

I called myself looking but I didn't see anything. I have two brenkert bases that I am going to pick up but during the mean time I am trying to figure out just how high I can raise my projector before touching the roof. Right now I have the retrofitted engine stand as a movable pedestal.

On a Brenkert (and really any other projector head) using 6000' reel arms and without any penthouse readers I'm at about eye level with the shaft on the upper reel arm. So about 6' plus half the diameter of the reels you are using -- that's if your using 6000' reel arms and not magazines.
The pedestal iteself is probably about 30" high.

That sounds about right. Thanks!
Hey Daryl or Brad, I am not getting my email notification when someone answers my post. I have noticed this for about a week now. I checked my preferences last night and found my email address looked ok. I am using WIndows XP and Outlook Express 6.
Any suggestions? I wil recheck all my user info.

Weird. Email Notification is working on both of my development servers and on the Cinematour Forums (which I did the programming for).
It seems the problem is that the Email Notification check box isn't being rechecked when you reply to a thread yourself. We'll get this fixed after Showest, in the meantime try making sure the box is checked for every post and see what happens -- let me know.

Thanks! I will try that.
