I just bought a Strong AP3 platter for our booth at the drive-in, and there's a couple of deep scratches on the back of the column. The scratches go all the way through the paint down to the red primer.

Is there such a thing as "Platter Touch Up Paint" or should I even worry about such a thing?

As much as I paid for the thing, I at least want it to look good.

Have you contacted Pat Moore at Strong? They may be able to sell you some of the paint. Is it similar color to an automobile, so you could use auto touch-up paint?

If it's dark gray (newer Strong equipment), use Hammerite spray # 41145. If it's the older Strong that's silver gray, then use Hammerite # 41105 spray paint. These are normal stock paints in the spray paint section at Home Depot.
