I saw this in the Equipment wanted/for sale heading. We recently got one from Sony that was refurbished although it did not take care of the popping problem the unit had, and we ended up sending the unit back to Sony. I remember it to be an expensive board though around 800.00 ot there abouts....Probably more than the whole processor is worth.....
Alan, Have you tried Sony for this part?
