Hi

I'm having troubles with one of our CP650. I found the unit twice locked, no format change allowed (locked on 10). In the theater only a mono signal from LEFT and SW channel is heard.

The first time the problem disappeared rebooting the unit, now seem that this has no effect.

Any sugestion?

Addendum:

At startup the NS stays with just L and SW channel active.
Then I can select every format I want but when I select the Dolby Digital the unit lock. Defective Dolby Digital card?
