Anyone know (in OZ) why they Hoyts are dumbing themselves down even more by firing/letting-go a lot of excellent people??

Hoyts management, from my experience, have never really thought about important things - they only care about money.

But then, getting rid of upper management isnt a problem. Getting rid of good tech staff is a problem!!
