I was just looking for as much information on these Xebex HiBeam II lamphouses as possible... Anyone have a manual, links to manufacturers, pics, etc?

If the are a tap colour with the ignitor inn a brown box on top at the back then the manual is on filmtech'
Most of the older xebex equipment is interchangable for parts

I have Xebex Hi Beam II on one of our screens that's running a little too hot. The mirror is absolutely shot and if you touch the lamp house you get a nasty burn! I have had the exhaust unit checked and that's fine but the way the duct has been installed it curves to a C shape angle is enters to the top of the lamphouse opening (I have been told there is not much I can about that!) so the air flow gets restricted.
However I have been advised that the lamphouse has lack of air draw points as there is only 1 draw point at the rear of the lamphouse and if it had more I would be ok.
Anyone know if this would be the case?
I think I just need to get more air in there but the current infrastructure does not make it easy.

Yes it is working. Though I can't say that it has been given a full check up.

At least up here they were a cool running lamphouse even with minimal exhaust so I would suspect either a blocked exhaust or poor forced air intake
