Hello all:
I've just recently posted a final Beta of Theatre Design Pro v3.3 on our web site at:
www.schneideroptics.com/TDP33Beta.exe
I'll be grateful for any bug reports, comments or suggestions that you may have.
Absent any big issues, I want to go public with this release on Friday.
Thanks,
Dwight

Thank you for including the possibility to calculate "long throws" like our drive-in.
By the way... my new Schneider Scope lens is awesome!! Pricey.. but awesome!!

Installed it on two computers, and we're getting this error:
"Runtime Error!
Program: ... Files\Schneider Optics\Theater Design Pro 3.3\tdp33.exe
abnormal progrma termination"

I had the same "Abnormal Program Termination Error" with the tdp33.exe file. The error window identified it as a Visual C++ Runtime Library issue. The program installed OK but displayed this message when I tried to run it. I'm running Windows XP.

Same runtime error here. Windows 2000 service pack 4.

Thanks so much for the testing.
Funny that it runs fine on OUR computers . . .
I'll tell the developer.

Hey Dwight....you guys are continually improving this thing huh? And then you give it away for free? Not a lot of companies would be so inclined. We all thank you -- it's a great tool for any tech. And here's hoping that the bean counters don't find out and ruin everything.

I installed 3.3 and opened a previous 3.2 project. The 3.2 project had 5 ratios; 5/70, 2.35, 1.85, 1.66, 1.37. When I opened the project in 3.3, the 35mm ratios were fine, but the 5/70 had been replaced with 16mm Cinemascope...

The beta worked fine up until I let it update itself, then it gave the error everyone says they're getting.
