When I first cued the print it was working fine. The next day I open up and the first show gives me a problem. The "end of show" cue tape seems to activate the preview light (and then the preview light and credits light are on) and then the film exits the projector. I manually activated the cues in order and it works fine. I used my key to activate the cues in order and it works fine. I even changed the cue tape cause I was out of ides. What could be causing the problem ?

What of cue sensor are you using
If it is a mechanical one then it is proably a wire broken off or oil or debris shorting the sensor cues
If it is the solid state one then it is probably the connector to the failsafe or the on board logic

I'm not sure exactly if it is mechanical or solid state..it's two metal rollers behind the failsafe. You think I should try replacing the logic board and see if it's the problem?

Most likely the problem is in the cue detector and if it is a solidstate on the PCB mounted on it
On the Ravens the IB Ob cue switch mimics the foil so the odds are the problem is in the cue detector. One quick way is to disconect the dectector from the automation on the terminal strip and then use a shorting wire to create the desired cue pulses and see how the automation behaves
The manual is online here Edlo/Raven Pac2

I didn't get a chance to disconnect the cue dector, but now the end of show cue works properly some of the time, and some of the time I have the same problem...I can only duplicate the problem manually by pressing the "ready" or start button on the automation panel after the credits cue passes...I can't duplicate it any way else.
