Congrats Dave!!! Guess you got fed up at GTS like I did....
Just too bad they wouldn't set you up here in SLC..... It actually would have been better for them if they had as you'd have been centrally located for shipping convenience.
I remember how you said dislike Nashville too.

Greetings everyone! Well, after all of these years, I have actually broke down and have now registered to post here on Film-Tech. Now Brad can stop bothering me every time I talk to him!!
Now I have to find a picture!!
Thanks to Sandie at our home office in England for the intro post. I am really excited about my new position as CEO of Jack Roe USA, INC. I would like to thank Brian and Juliet Roe for the wonderful opportunity that they have given me. Between our office in the UK and our new office here in the USA, Jack Roe has added a new dimension to our established position as world supplier of projection supplies.
Many of you may not recognize our name, but you if you have purchased splicing tape from Cinema Products Intl. (CPI) or The Marble Company, you are already familiar with our products. Over the past 5 years, Jack Roe has also introduced several other items into the North American market such as Clear & Black Mylar, "T-STRIPE" yellow marking splicing tape, Platter Bands and other quality products.
We will be introducting TWO NEW splicing tapes in the next couple of weeks. They are SPLICEMARK BRIGHTLINE YELLOW & MAGENTA.
If you would like more information on our company, please visit our website at www.jackroeusa.com
Thanks for all of the well wishing and support! If anyone need samples or more product information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Dave,
Wow, that was fast. Not much time spent at GTS, huh?
I don't guess I'll get to taolk with you anytime soon, as we're now set up with both CPI and GTS. Talk to the folks in Columbus and get our business..
BTW, Briarcliffe West is still standing

Dave... welcome to the Nashville area!! Why someone wouldn't like this area is beyond me... I guess it depends on what section of town you choose to live.
The Nashville area is in dire need of a GOOD place to obtain theatre supplies and equipment. I end up making a trip to either Memphis or Louisville, KY about two or 3 times a year.

Good move Dave.
I'll miss you selling my products out of GTS, but I believe there is great growth potential for you at Roe. Great company and classy people.

Congrats Dave!
We use several CPI products so I'll make sure to check your website. I just hope you'll sell in small quantities as we have one theatre and don't exactly use a lot of stuff.

Thanks to everyone for the positive remarks. Sorry I have not replyed until now, but I have been swamped!
To all of the US Dealers. The catalogue was mailed to your office today. Canadian and Mexican dealers catalogues will get mailed out tomorrow. If you are a dealer, and you don't get your catalogue in a few days, please email or call, and I will be glad to send one out to you.
JACK ROE USA would also like to introduce our NEW SPLICEMARK BRIGHTLINE splicing tape. This tape is available in the original MAGENTA and the new YELLOW colors. With the exceptional success of our T-Stripe tape, we have incorporated our patented printing process on our original SPLICEMARK product. This now provide you with reel marking tape with the crossbar (T-stripe) and without the crossbar on the frameline (SPLICEMARK). Splicemark tape is available in both the traditional 25mm width or the 4-perf/19mm width. If you would like a free sample roll (25mm/5m long), just email me at dave@jackroeusa.com and I will be glad to send one to you. To our dealers, the Yellow Splicemark Brightline tape is in stock, and the MAGENTA will be in stock by next week.
