Not a sexual reference by any means...

Someone has stripped the spacer screws/bolts that you insert thru the microswitch on the above platter brain. I'm looking for the thread specs to see if I can run over to Lowes and pick some up there instead of waiting for the vendor to send them (at five times the cost!).

The two screws I'm talking about protrude UP from the bottom of the plate, have two machined spacers on them and then the switch slides down over them and is held in place with nylocks. They appear to be 1.5" long. Again, I need the thread specs on them if anyone has them handy...??

Thanks!

I really have no clue where this screw is your talking about, but could you just take one out of another projector and take it to lowes or home depot and ask if they can match it up.

Kyle's suggestion is good. I've never dealt with Loews so I don't know what kind of customer service they have. If the people there are generally incompetent then you could also take a sample bolt to a local industrial supply store for them to match up-Granger or Fastenal, whatever is in your area.

They are 6-32 by inch and a half long.

Thanks Ken!

My asst found some 2" that he cut down to work. Butooned it all back up and the brain is now functioning properly once again!
