I'm in the middle of a bet with someone about the characteristics of Dolby-tone as printed on film. I beleive the frequency is shifted upward approx. 10% every 750 ms for a 35ms P/W per. Dolby spec. This person disagrees and says that it is straight up 850-something hz. He is wrong? Or did I just lose $20?

Cat 69T is 850Hz with out the distinctive warble tone
If it is a full coat mag or a studio master it has the warble
