When making a post here asking for assistance, you HAVE to tell us what make and model of equipment you have that you are talking about. Otherwise, no one will be able to help you because to my knowledge, we don't have any mind readers here.

1. Welcome to the forums, Braden- hope to see you participating here more often... You will also want to post a greeting here as well!
2. Brad: CFS Blue Super Platters.
3. There is a trick to using the stock switches that CFS/LIT use. First you have to remove the center terminal (cut it off with wire cutters, it is not used on these platters), then file it until it is flush with the plastic body of the switch.
Next, take the wires and cut off the old soldered up portion and re-strip them so there is about 1/8" of bare wire on the end of each. Carefully wrap the stripped end around one lug of the switch and carefully solder it up- Don't over solder or the switch might not fit in the bracket. Then do the same with the other lead. Reassemble the brain and voila! You are back in business!
If you still cannot get it right, remind me on my next visit out there and I will show you in person how to do it right.
It is nice to see you taking an interest in servicing your own equipment!

Amazing!!
We do seem to have some mind readers here, even if Brad didnīt know... Wonder what else they can do if they have the power to stay hidden from Brad.
I got to take advantage of that sometime...
