Anyone have a listing of all the different diameters used with xenon bulbs?

You can usually find these in the back of each manufacturers bulb catalog. Generally a bulb drawing refrenced to a figure number for each lamp envelope type....

On our website under Products/MXL Lamps if you click on the MXL model (which is cross referenced to the other makes) you can download PDF line drawings of all the lamps.

Bevan - thanks! Exactly what I was looking for. [thumbsup]

Mark - I went to the Osram tech pub pages.. while the drawings of the bulbs were very good with dim's for almost everything, pin diameter was the one thing missing. [Confused]

I never could figure out the exact way the pin diameter was supposed to prevent putting the wrong bulb in. For example, the pin for a 4K H/S is the same as a 3K H/S, so an idiot could do something 'bad.' I know the length is different, but never underestimate the tenacity of an idiot.

I was trying to explain the reason for the different pin diameters to a newbe, and tried using the 'big nozzle for leaded gas; small nozzle for unleaded' analogy. The kid didn't know what the hell I was talking about, as he's never even heard of leaded gas.... gettin' old....
