If you have the ability to manually scan it directly into PDF form it will probably be posted faster. If not then send Brad the manual and he will scan it to PDF ad post it if he thinks it would be a good addition to the manuals page.

Don't send it in .pdf format unless you know how to create the most efficiently compressed file size. Done wrong they can be no better than a glorified image of the document when the whole idea of the .pdf format is that descriptions (text, fonts, layout info, etc.) of documents should be much more compact than a mere picture of it.
