I got a call from my office today, someone sent a xenon bulb to them looking for this type, the lady in the office cannot cross this model number from the bulb, maybe someone knows this bulb number & manufacture..the number on the Xenon bulb is CSX3000W/HOF, all we know is it is from a Xetron lamphouse, model number unknown, Xetron was no help, anyones knows who makes this model number bulb, this is all the info I have, Thanks guys...

CSX should cross to a Philips lamp. I can't find that exact number though; the closest I find is a CSX 3000W/HC which crosses to Osram XBO 3000W/H OFR. Maybe the HOF refers to Horizontal Ozone Free? Hope this helps,

It is a XBO3000H but the pin may be slightly different in size as phillips had some slight differences

which as one will notice puts it in a no mans land o no direct replacement
It is longer than the XBO3000HS and has a different pin size and is shorter than the XBO3000W so an adapter will be required depending on the lamphouse

out of curiosity what make of lamphouse was this used in
