Anyone know where I could get some specs like kelvin ratings, lumens, wattage, etc. on Xenon bulbs?

Heylo Angel,

Check out:
http://www.ltilamps.com/index2.htm

Once on that page, click "Technical Specs". Select XENON, Select the Xenon you want information on, such as "LTIX-6000W-HTP" and you'll have tons of information. It also provides a link to all the information is a PDF file on each individual page.
