Bypass in one of the projectors not working in 65 in a changeover system. I have tried changing all the cards including the motherboard from a spare Cp65 that we have but could not figure it out today. I am sure I am missing something simple, so if anyone knows what it could be, please help!!! It will save me a lot of headache tomorrow.

I am using a CE Resverse scan and Simplex 5 star soundhead.

Are You getting RT & LT signal lights on the Pre-amp Card, When you run each projector individualy

Also have you changed the powersupply card (Cat 249)

Check the pot on the 249, and check K1 K2 (K3) - it's unlikely tha that both relays have failed - do they drop out when you switch to Bypass ? In bypass Pin A on the 249 should link to the L C R outputs - this can be checked with the power off.
