For various reasons I'll not bore everyone with, I would like to hook up my lamphouse blower to turn on when projector motor starts. Then have lamphouse blower turn off, 10-15 minutes after the lamphouse shuts down. Before I re-invent the wheel, is there a simple way to accomplish this?

Yes, it's called a "time delay relay" and Grainger carries a bunch of them. The one I commonly use is a Dayton model 6X602F, which can delay off by 15 minutes.

Bear in mind an 8 second delay from the "start" to "douser open" may not be enough for the fan to get up to speed so that the airflow switch can be tripped and the ignitor fire.
