We received a letter today from ETS stating they are now handling all reel replacements for Paramount films directly, beginning with THE LONGEST YARD. It's no longer necessary to contact Paramount for reel replacements.

and it wroks. I had to call them after screening longest yard to get a replacement reel for reel # 4. This was at 3:30 in the morning. Reel arived today in time for the second showing.
