I would like to rebuild some Christie AW3 platter components, but I'm having trouble finding cross-references. Can anyone please provide info for these two parts?

1) The transistor from the MUT speed control assembly. It looks like a TO-220 case and is marked A70084

2) The photocell from the control sensor assembly. It looks like a TO-8 case, marked NSL-02-020 9734
