Is it the 45/135 standard or the 90/180 IMAX standard, circular, or something else entirely?

Does anyone know?

I heard/read that it was circular, however I have no idea how that works. So I'd love to learn.

(By the way, IMAX can be mounted with polarizers in either the 45 degree or the 90 degree formats you mentioned.)
