Here we got setups like that when you start projector, and exciter lamp/laser/led lights processor automatic switch from aux inputs (music played before film) to projector input.

On CP45/CP50 we got format buttons to do that when we start projector.

I want to do so when i start projection that processor automatic start Dolby SR.

For that i want to use remote input connector so on ever projector we got relay contact for switching projector1/projector2, i want to use double pair of concats and connect them in parallel to pin where are Dolby SR pushbutton is on Dolby CP45 remote connector, or on CP50 at same place.

would this work or do any damage to processor??

Is it another way to do this on this type processor and on CP500/CP650???

tnx!

..you need an automation control panel to do this (if you don't have one connected already..)

Are you starting your movies manually? - the way it sound like what you'e doing in the present.

Yes here we start movies manualy, and there's no automation panel.

I'm trying to solution without automation, something DIY!

What about solution i described?

Basically, one would hook up an "A/B" switch on the dowser so when dowser opens the "A" part of the switch would swing the processor over to "SR", then when dowser closes, the "B" part of the switch would swing the processor over to Non-Sync. A switch with three terminals and the center terminal is a common wire for both terminal usage.

Then parallel this switch's wiring for the remote station.

This is purely a block operational diagram since I don't know your projector setup, but I trust that you get the idea on what needs to be basically done.

It's something that you'll have to conger up since you're not using an automation panel to do something in an automatic method.
