If I receive a dubbed to castillian spanish film with the DTS track on it but with no discs I wonder if it means that it has to exist a DTS discs in castillian spanish???

No, it's not a requirement (to have discs available, or in existence). It is an indicator that discs may be available though.

The producer may have decided to pay for the DTS soundtrack licensing for South American Spanish or another language. Some froms such a Disney have had an english optical track and a Spanish DTS track.

English-language prints are often "rejuvenated" and sent overseas after their initial release. If the DTS time code is on the print, the distributor may decide to provide DTS disks for the foreign language, or they may opt to just subtitle the prints.
