How we can inspect is it solar cell good with universal ohmmeter?

Is it like photodiode or?

Best way is to conect to processor and hear, but if we have cell how to test it?

With a good amount of light on the cell and no load across it, it should put out about 0.5 volts. This is, of course, not the whole story. Next try it in the projector.

I check them with a microphone input and old-style fluorescent light. Darkness equals silence; light equals hum. Good quick check. Louis

Checking stereo cells can be tricky as it is hard to get a valid test without some sort of low impedance load on channel. For instance, if the common lead is broken somewhere you end up with what appears to be a monaural cell with the left or right being the minus and the other the plus. These photons are mighty elusive creatures and easily jump the barrier between the left and right cell.

On one machine cell's are little broken (somebody take them hard out) does that effect on sound? I know it is but can still be work?

Because i think that system is working!

The cell isn't shorted out or anything if it gets chipped. The cell should be very close to the film such that the light hitting it through the film should still be slit shaped and fairly sharply focussed - or you get nasty crosstalk.
So... if there's a chip knocked off the corner of the cell but the area that the light hits is still good then there should be no problem. If the cell is cracked through or chipped into where the light hits then you'll have reduced level on the chipped/cracked side.
