Hello,
I just ran a test loop through and noticed this problem after cleaning the intermittent last week. The int. sprocket spins freely. Behind the int sprock there is a set screw that I have in, but if the sprocket moves out more than .1cm or so it will just spin freely. I didn't have this problem before I cleaned it. The old sprocket came right out after using a little degreaser, so I don't think I broke anything. Any ideas? Attached is a picture to refresh everyones mind about the AA int.

Thanks,
Cody

On the extreme outboard end is a set screw with a left hand thread it pushes a taper in and pushes out two retainers into the sprocket to lock it to the shaft
