For the first time in 11 years I've been in the business, I had a bulb explode, the big metal node inside it landed on the reflector and left a big mark from where it was arcing against it. My question is what should I use and how to clean the reflector while gettting all the glass off it so I don't scratch it? Also what should I do about the big arc on it? Thanks- Also anybody in lower Michigan got a good used bulb? Model # XM200H/VC/G

I usually use a shopvac to get all the glass fragments out then clean the reflector the same way you usually clean it. Some people use alcohol and a soft cloth.

Was the reflector dented by the heavy metal bulb innard or was it scratched? It either is minor, you may still be able to put a light on the screen.
How old was the bulb that exploded?

The more I look at the reflector it looks like it is ok, The bulb was probally due to be changed anyway, the big metal node inside it has all this yellow crud on it?? I'm putting in a older 1500W bulb I had laying aroudn to see if it will work-
