I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SOUND JAX LIGHT NOT GOING OFF .
THE SOUND STAYS ON ALL THE TIME.

possibly it is supposed to stay on all of the time. what do you mean by "the sound stays on all the time"? Do you mean you hear all of the garbage when the tail goes through?

WHEN THE MOVIE IS OVER THE SOUND LIGHT STAYS ON .
IT MISSES IT CUE . WILL TURN OFF THE POWER AT NIGHT AND THE NEXT DAY WILL TURN THE POWER BACK ON AND THE LIGTH WILL GO ON BEFORE I START THE SHOW.

What I meant was, do you hear all of the pops and thumps as the tail goes through? I guess an easier question would be, does the sound processor switch formats and do the lights come up with the showend cue? Is this a new problem? Some L.E.D.s are wired to stay on all the time.

I want to make sure I understand your situation. You want to "JAX off" between shows?

probably either a shorted manual excitor swithc or relay
or did it always do this since the jax light installation if so I would think a wireing error

Lets face it guys its just bad automation all the way around! If you're not familiar with repairing it I would call your tech in.

I second that on the Raven Some of the chassis where a pain to reassemble after doing the neccessary repairs....they looked like they where designed by someone who took an oragami paper class
