Hi guys,

Hopefully someone will have an idea with this.

I got the boxes the other day and have started to set one up. I've only hooked up the motor to the test box. Upon pressing the start button, I can hear the relays click, but I do not get any activity from anything. No motor and no projector run light on the panel.

Here is what I've did to try to fix the problem:

Switched status panels to see if possibly a bad bulb -- No Change
Changed all relays -- no change (though I did find a bad relay)
Changed the cam timer -- no change
swapped the delay relays -- no change
unhooked all extraneous -- no change
tested motor on switch -- motor does work when in on position

So, I've tested everything I could think of other than the big round transformer on the board.

Any ideas from the gurus out there?

Also, once this is setup I'll send in a picture so other people with these can get an idea on how to set them up(if i do it correctly.

Just curious if you have placed a jumper in place of the fail safe loop?

Ken,

NO jumper between them. I did go try that though and the panel tells me failsafe down and will not start at all. Somewhere something is askew in the panel.

Re-read what you just wrote. No automation worth a flip will permit things to start if it thinks the projector is unthreaded.

Brad,

Yes I realize that. It didn't start so the failsafe circuit is okay. If it would have started with a jumper between the ground and failsafe I would have disposed of it then...no use if it doesn't check the failsafe branch.
