I've found a Tektronix J16 Photometer with J6503 footlamberts module attached. Price is $35.00. Seems to work OK and has an approved for use for both accuracy and safety from a local industrial concern dated Oct. 2005. What do you think? Is this an OK deal?

The J-16 is a good piece but is really intended for setting up and calibrating video monitors.
