Yep after about 30 years the gear motor is starting to go. No suprise here. But try to find one? Help.

Eprad is usually good at sourcing a spare
The originals were made by GE
Dayton probably has a simialr one

There is something different about the GE motors although that difference does not immiediately come to mond... it might be an odd gear ratio. Last we checked there are no motors left at EPRAD. We have ALOT of Double Muts in this area and generally have to get them rebuilt at an autorized GE service center. I believe that the motors used in the MUT and Double MUT are the same.

Louis Bornwasser at Hadden used to have several of these motors at his warehouse.

the older swords used a right angle gear motor
the later ones were in line
