I have been interested in joining a Union but i want to know how it would benifit me?.

I work for Cineworld and pretty much most of us arent part of a union. I get the impression that the majority of the UGC projections are with one.

If someone can provide me with some info that would be great!.

The only union for projectionists in the UK is BECTU. The Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph & Theatre Union.

Whether they will be of any use to you is open to debate.
Also your employer might not recognise the union.
