I've been tinkering with the 'ole machine again and I've noticed that there is some pull-down occuring during an open shutter on my Prevsot P70.

I've taken the covers off to access the shutter and removed two small screws that appear to lock the shutter assembly onto the shaft but it ain't budging. I've sprayed it with WD40, heated it up but the shutter is not slipping on the shaft which leads me to conclude, short of being welded on the shaft, there must be some other way the shutter is to be timed. I'd assumed it was these two grub screws that held the assembly on the shaft but it appears not.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
