Drill and tap new holes and order the parts (metal shaft plus the plastic keeper roller) to install. I forget the size you'll need to drill as it has been a long time since I had to do it. It is annoying, I'll tell you that.

...if drilling, it would prob be easier if you had a drill press so the holes will be in square to the existing shaft. Thus, you're gonna have to disassemble the Alpha unit so you can lay the tower level to the press.

Lotsa steel to drill and tap through - get some cutting oil handy.

I just measured from the existing roller and drilled a new hole. ProTip: Don't use a cordless drill. It will run out of power very fast and become much too weak.

I seem to remember that Potts offers a kit to add the keeper rollers. A drill, tap & tooling to precisely locate the keeper are included. (You bolt it into the existing roller hole, which you have to remove anyway.)Louis
