The owner of my theater has noticed that, in films playing in SR in one of our theaters, you can hear the vocals at very low (but still somewhat noticeable) levels coming out of the surround speakers. I haven't measured it yet, but I'd say it's about 1/10 as loud as the center channel.
1) Is this normal?
2) If not, is there anything that can be done, short of calling in a tech, to fix it?
Thanks!

Hi Jon
Set your dolby levels. One of either the left or right is higher than the other.
If you're not sure how to do that, let us know what processor you have and we can walk you through it.

What make and model of processor is involved

Do you have a dolby tone loop that can be run to even set the levels.
