What are interconnection is needed netween FP30D machines which runs in changeover configuration, so two FP30D and do they allready have prepared motor start and changeover outputs for cinema processor CP650....I look in manual section, but there are no Kinoton manuals.

Kinoton does not allow their manuals to be posted, hence you will not find them here.

For the FP30D, you will want to connect the Commons (aka 105) for their control circuit between the two projectors (aka -24). You will then need two additional wires. Connect projector #1's 106X terminal to projector #2's 106Y terminal. Likewise, connect Projector #1's 106Y terminal to projector #2's 106X terminal.

So three wires total.

There are many ways to interface to a Dolby processor. The most common way uses the projector #2 douser realy to signal to the Dolby processor that projector #2 is active. You will find those terminals 6 and 7 (dry contact) of the main terminal block in the bottom of the projector (aka K1).

If your projector has a terminal block K2 (right next to K1 but with smaller terminals)...then the changeover connections can be made there. They should be terminals 6 (106X), 7 (105 aka common, aka -24V), and 8 (106Y). If you don't have the K2 terminal block, look for the changeover interconnects on the Main conrol relay board (typically mounted in the door of the FP30). It will be silk-screened.

Steve, can you remember motor start contact on Kinoton, because it have frequency inverter for driving motor, so probably there are pre-made terminal for motor start like for changeover?

It all depends on the model. Traditionally, there was a set of contacts provided with the designation "109" that were dry contacts that follow the motor relay. There are also "122" contacts but DONT use them...they normally feed the lamphouse circuits.

There are "RES" terminals on the FP30D that can be used to either tell a platter to start (e.g. ST200E) OR a Digital Decoder.

I believe both the 109 and the RES terminals are free in a typical FP30D. They are labeled on the relay board as 109 and RES respectively. If you have the main terminal block in the base of the projector, Then terminals 8 and 9 are where the ST200E would normally connect (and should have green wires going to those terminals). Terminals 13 and 14 are where the other contacts are normally brought down (purple wires).
