This fax from Deluxe and dts is being circuited today. Since I know a lot of projectionists never see these such things, I am posting it here.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
How to Lose Friends and Alienate People
According to our records, your theatre recently received its print of How to Lose Friends and Alienate People with a DTS disc. Please note that the DTS disc sent with this print is not the correct disc. If played with the print, the sound will not match.
Deluxe is aware of this problem and working to correct it. For now, please play your print without the DTS disc. Your theatre will be receiving the correct DTS disc by the end of next week.
Deluxe Film Services and MGM greatly apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Please feel free to contact DFS with any questions at (800)734-3969.
Thank you.

I think I will hook up our DTS unit, insert the discs and see what happens. This movie is bombing big time at my location, so the absent audience won't mind.

Bombing here too. I saw the letter and can't believe its going to take more than a week. Our Fri. matinee projectionist is pretty good with loading all the discs. I think with us it just didn't recognize, when I came in tonight it was running in analog sound.

If the discs initially distributed with the prints are loaded, the result will be a reversion to analog: the incorrect soundtrack will not play, the DTS system will fault to analog.

The DTS discs are SN 7336, but the prints are SN 7715. I'm wondering if SN 7336 is for an early cut of the film - or perhaps the Pathe version.

Wouldn't it be lovely if the XD10 unit could simply go online and download the correct content directly on itself!!
