Sure... those have been around since the first episode of Star Trek in the 60's!

I'm pretty sure that Christie has one of those(or similar) up in Canada they use to create the plastic covers and other parts for the projectors. Just think... we won't have to worry about DMD chips when T.I. goes bust. Just scan and duplicate!
