The subject kind of says it all. Thanks to a location closing, I've come into one (along with Film-Guard and media pads), but since I've never used a film cleaner before, I want to make sure I'm doing everything right before I risk a print on it. If anyone has a scan of this manual, I would be forever grateful.

It should be the same film cleaner as the Kelmar dry media film cleaner, which is in the manuals section. Kelmar made these for Christie, if I recall correctly.

Just before I left CLACO I rebuilt a Christie film cleaner. I can tell you that the new parts may or may not fit. In my case I had to replace the entire operating side metal plate. The new piece fit but I had to bore at least one new hole and make at least one bushing. Both designs are slightly different than the other...

Both were made by Kelmar. The Christie itteration is gear driven, while the Kelmar one is driven by sprockets and a chain. If in doubt, contact Kelmar directly at 516-421-1230. Louis

Older Kelmar cleaners were chain driven as well.

When did you leave CLACO Mark?

When did you leave CLACO Mark?
A few weeks ago.
The Christie I worked on was BOTH gear AND chain driven. It is possible to repair the older ones if your tech has some basic machining abilities.
