I have one CP50 with CAT113C, newer supply and 280's.....all voltages are okay, but suddenly when it powers up non sync and aux format are powered (power up format is non sync) when I press mono format, mono is on and aux format, when i press dolby w/o surround it's on and dolby with surround is on....i did pulled out and re solder some ic's, than it did go, but now is happening again....if someone had similar I would like to share here..
