Has anyone had any of these cards in the usl 200 series jfm20d cards have the bypass switches start to go.
Do you do the swap out trade is their another way to fix these dam things.

We replace the switch with the gold flash version. I believe Digikey as well as others carry it.

It's a very common problem on the old switches. Call Clint at USL to get one or several if your complex has more. Just pull the cards and see if the bypass switch top lugs are gold or not. If not then replace all the ones that are not. Be VERY careful doing so. I use a small pointy nippers to break up the old switch so that just the lugs are left to unsolder. There are some extremely narrow traces that you may tear up if you try to remove the old switch as one piece.
