Two reels of one of my INCEPTION
prints had labels like this on them:

Does anybody know what this means?

I haven't had a chance to screen either of these
reels yet, so I don't know if there's actually
a problem or not. Is it possible I got a flawed
print, instead of an immaculate Inception?

Since it says "pic reject" there is prrobably a flaw or flaws in the image...it could be anything from a fogged section to the overall exposure/color balance/contrast/steadiness is not up to snuff.

Prescreen those reels before building it up if possible and if they are bad, order replacements.

Why does that label seem to have been put on by Dolby; why would they be inspecting prints?

It's an extra service Dolby offers to the studios for Big releases to major first run markets. It's like the old service THX offered along time ago for First Run EK prints. In the old days most of the times the reject reels would be sent to serve Drive-In bookings.
