Hello Everybody, any experience in Cat 699 soundheads, are good ones ?, have good rate readance ?, any fails on ?

I know that power supply comes separated that this not be very practice like in the Cat 700 but at the working point are similar to the Cat 700 or less ?

Also see that the CCD reader with board are in 90 degres to the lens so have a 45 degre mirror or maybe have a Prism?, this will be a problem?

Thanks,
Martin

Should be no problem. Dolby Digital was launched with this soundhead.

Unusual bulb, though. Louis

I've had two Dolby Cat 699's for the past ten years and love them. Great sound, no issues. Just keep spare lamps on hand.
