i've recently upgrared a hall with DTS. This hall has Ultrastereo processor. I've followed the wiring diagram from DTS 6D manual for ultrastereo. The problem is i dont get SUb-bass output but every other channels are ok. Did i miss out some connections? Can anyone assist me?

Does the format card have a digital sub pot on top next to the analog sub pot? Also, I have had the format card go bad as far as sub output.
