Just curious to know if we do not have logic interface card or breakout cards from dts can we make own cables? DTS6D to Ultrastreo JS 105/195. Can anyone assist?

You absolutely can. I have done it many tmies. Just download the manuals for both the processor and the DTS from the Film-Tech Warehouse. You should find it pretty straight forword to locate the correct pins on the DB-25 on the DTS processor as well as the inputs and automation control on the USL which are well labeled. You are obviously going to have to send Left, Center, Right, Left Surround, Right Surround, Subwoofer and audio common over to the USL. For automation you only need the digital and SR control lines plus automation common. It all comes out of the DB-25 on the back of the DTS... Simple really!

The DTS manuals in the warehouse have all the drawings and signal descriptions. All the standard interface boards are quite simple, there might be a relay or a jumper, but most of it is mechanical adaption.
