Did you ever get in contact with Mr. Faris? I too would like to speak with him as he installed many CDS (Cinema Digital Sound) systems in the early 90's. I am finally on the cusp of getting the power supply for my CDS processor working and have some questions I am sure he could answer.

Mr. Faris never got back to me. Heard he was living in Paris. Even sent him a reminder this summer, but, alas, no reply.
