Hello Guys

can somebody help me. i've installed ecna-200 and cinenet monitor system
the problem is i only can monitor the schedule for each hall.

i can set the schedule timing and program but can't send or receive data from the ecna into my computer

is it the problem because of the version not match or compatible?
if i want to downgrade the version can somebody teach me how
