I had a very strange problem last night with a DTS 6AD. I connected to the unit with the software and it saw the processor. I could change formats via the computer and raise and lower the master fader via computer. I could hear the level change outside. When I either changed the individual output level sliders or changed ANY EQ slider for ANY channel via computer, the computer said there was a change but there was none in the theater. Controls from DTS front panel did work.

I believe that you have to upload the settings each change made

You mean hit upload every time a change is made? That seems kind of weird.

Does anyone know where you can get the software? I have a DTS 6D and reader, and id like to get it running, but dont have the software to set it up

Steve, the 6D does not use setup software, it does use a setup disc to set the output levels. I believe the ISO image of that disc is in the warehouse here on F-T. Yep, right here:
DS3 setup disc

DataSat can also provide discs on request I believe.
