I'm going to have to cut some new plates. I remember Brad posting a link to a snipper of some sort he used for aperture plates, but can't find it.
If Brad or someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
Or if someone has one he wants to get rid of.

I have used this one with success. But if there is a better tool, I, too, would be interested in knowing about it.

Edit: link doesn't work. It is part #12-1806-0000 at Digi-Key.

Most good hardware stores have metal nibblers. If you are starting from a blank plate you need to drill a hole big enough for the nibbler to get a good start.

I used to use one from Radio Shack, it did a decent job. Currently their website says it is available web only but it is out of stock online.
