Good luck finding any of these over here ! Portables are pretty rare, I had a Microcine a few years back but it was pretty crude to be honest, I've recently converted an FP40 into a reasonably portable machine with halogen lighting 6000 foot capacity, still pretty hefty,but manageable. I also have an FP 20 waiting to be cut down i.e. top and bottom sawn off and plated and then a take up added on a frame, this might be your best bet as there are still lots of spares and parts about for these. Spares for portables are as rare as the machines. Good luck. [Smile]

You might try ICECO in Miami, Florida. They had a good line of Westrex and DeVry portables.

Since your in the UK you might try the PPT , if you're a member they might loan out a portable , they have a few?
