Cinemeccanica used the Dolby PCB with solar cell as did most others but each vendor of the red readers used different connectors and some used the solar cell soldered to the board, others mounted it remotely.

The most failure prone component was the solar cell. Can you describe the problem or issue?

There is no problem at the moment, I am looking to buy one from someone but he wanted to keep it as a spare unless I can find a source for him. I need the whole assembly (mine is missing) he only needs the PCB.

It's the exact one pictured (dolby brand) and was attached to a Vic 5.

Only the PCB inside the box was manufactured by Dolby. Everything else was made by the specific vendor.

Have you tried Sound associates in London; this is where i got mine from originally, though it is quite a long time ago.
